Circles and Triangles: A Geometry of Organizational Wisdom

The title of my Substack, Unlikely Things, refers to my definition of creativity: the combination of two or more Unlikely Things.
With that in mind, let’s take a closer look at the image of the circle and triangle:

At first glance, a circle and a triangle seem like opposites. One is soft, infinite, democratic. The other is sharp, pointed, and hierarchical. But it’s in their convergence — not their separation — where the most profound truths about how organizations thrive begin to emerge. That green in the middle? That’s where the unlikely happens. That’s the zone of transformation.
